Fruit and Yogurt Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1 cup mixed berries
1 cup low-fat yogurt(vanilla or strawberry)
1/2 cup of low-fat ice cream
5 or 6 ice cubes

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender, cover, and blend until smooth. About 30 seconds. Serve immediately. Instead of milk, use a few scoops of vanilla ice cream. This will make the mixture smoother and creamier.
