Yogurt, Berry and Granola Parfait |

Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) containers low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed berries
2 tablespoons crushed low-fat graham crackers
1/2 cup of Granola
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions:
Fill the bottoms of two small glasses with a layer of yogurt.
Fill a layer with berries.
Fill a layer with granola
Repeat until both glasses are full, ending with a fruit layer.
Sprinkle with graham crackers and nutmeg.
Serves: 2
