TACO SALAD
Ingredients:
2 med. size green peppers
2 med. size tomatoes
1 head lettuce
1 bag baked tortilla chips
1 package of hard taco shells
1 bag shredded sharp cheese
1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can black beans
1 small container of low-fat yogurt
Salsa to taste

Directions:
Brown and drain hamburger. Add seasoning. Cut all veggies into bowl, add cheese, kidney beans. Mix in hamburger. Stir well..serve chilled or warm...fill taco shells or eat with a fork. Add low-fat plain yogurt if desired.

Serves: 10
